Hello, in this life, it is well known you should try everything ( almost! ) once.Last weekend I tried lobster in tepid soupy buttery sauce. ( refer self to picture ) The verdict...a resounding "yes please may I have seconds" 
ABSOLUTELY!!!!! There is no topic too boring to write about....
Lobster looks great. Sauce looks awful.
ReplyDeleteI would have reduced it to a syrup and served it in the middle in a bowl. Perhaps with some chili in it.
Never judge a sauce by its yucky consistency:)
