They're buck-ugly there's no question. But with the appropriate toe-colour and attire...you can almost forgive the lack of aesthetic value and concentrate on ...how comfortable your arch feels being supported....how walking feels good without you realising it.
No they're not ugly. I have the "Cairo" model in black patent leather with a gold buckle. I paint my impeccable toenails with that very dark Chanel red/brown and I am the envy of all.
