In a bid to draw ( and possibly take a picture and upload to my slides) I went colour pencil shopping and found this to be the cheapest. Pelikan is cheaper than faber castel. Why why why?
ABSOLUTELY!!!!! There is no topic too boring to write about....
becoz you don't need to pay for pelikan's advertisement cost. whereby Faber have a lot of advertisement and TV commercial which the cost will go into the product indirectly.
