Have you ever wondered what life would be like if you took it slower? Multitasking is bad for your health. It's not evidenced base but I'm pretty sure it is. Gut feeling. In an attempt to lead a healthier lifestyle, I have made futile attempts at ignoring the things to do and just living the moment. Doesn't always work. But it's certainly worth the try.

Oh, I'm certain of it - all the stress at work is going to shave years off my life. Would hit the beach today if not for the gloomy weather. By the way for a start I got up at 10am today, had cholesterol-laden McD's breakfast and then napped again. Now I'm burning zero fat at my worktop surfing the internet. What a glorious life! :D
