Red Velvet


The red is BLOOD red, and as you take your first bite...the creamy cheese at the top kicks in and you just have to close your eyes for a second to savour the experience. I had this yesterday evening at the end of the working day. A steal at RM 2 per cupcake.

Almost too beautiful to eat! I have a friend that's been making red velvet cake, but the amount of red food coloring freaks her out, so she leaves out the red. Velvet cake.

Hazyr: Asri's wife made this, he brought it to work to sell some of 'em. Testing out the market:)

Gnightgirl: Freaked out? NO way!! I ADORE the blood-red color. And the cream cheese on top is so nice I just had to stop after the first bite to savour it for a bit. A colleague's wife made this. She does it on the side as a hobby. She's brilliant!!!

anna: Yah. That's the FIRST thing that struck me. Amazingly blood red. I love it. And the cream cheese on top...absolutely divine. Wish I could post one to you
