Bakso

Wikipedia tells me Bakso is "Indonesian Meatball".I beg to differ...I think the texture is different from meatball which tends to disintegrate in the mouth as you chew. The bakso I had was tougher and chewier and it was served with this delicious concoction of simply noodles plus veg plus bis of chicken. I enjoyed this meal very very much

I'm not sure whether this is Bakso Solo or Bakso Malahg. We had this in a small shop opposite Giant in a shopping mall about 5 minute walk away from Mercure Hotel Sinatumpang.

* I hope I didn't eat too much borax which apparently is added to the bakso to make the consistency better :P
