Mee Siam
This is the type of mee siam mum likes. With some gravy ( bit thick) and condiments like so. And a certain taste. I got to sample this at a local bakery opposite the Catholic Church along Upper Thomson Road in Singapore. Why there? Cos it was Sunday and we were peckish after church. And we had to eat BEFORE shopping in town.
