Japanese crackers

A large selection

Went to Plaza Damas after a long time. So many shops have closed down. I think its because the rental has gone up. The Japanese snack shop is still around. While I had no intention of buying any crackers, I passed this shop on the way to the bookstore and popped in for a quick browse or so I thought. I ended up spending about 15 minutes browsing and walked out with a plastic of crackers and a box of Japanese tea with rice. ( Interesting concoction I cannot wait to try it).

These are most certainly quite suspiciously funereal:) A gift from a friend who recently visited Japan.( Thanks!) What are they you may well ask....they are in actual fact japanese crackers. I haven't figured out whether those disturbingly haunting heads are edible. They're still in the packaging,only because it's been a pretty busy two weeks....so these crackers will have to wait..
