Shortly after 3:00 pm yesterday, I received a call thanking me. What I did not expect, was an overwhelming surge of gratefulness to be reminded that the world has nice people. And you will find it from the least expected sources. This begs the question....what makes some folks nice..and others not so nice?

letti: It's weird...and this little incidents which keep popping up are the ones which keep us human...and humbled.
