This picture is at least two years old. Let's just hope the cook remembers the recipe and reproduces the eggs-act same dish I enjoyed back then.

I'm very hungry and looking at that is torture, but will get my own back this evening with pan-fried Nile Perch déglacéd with white wine served on a bed of basil and garlic tagliatelli with a homemade tomato sauce.
