One sunny afternoon |
What is the lifespan of a spectacle frame? 1 year, 4 years, 10 years? The shops I've visited have been universal in saying " yes you can change your lenses and keep your original frame, but I'm afraid we cannot be held responsible should these frames break in the process". I ask myself, why would they break? Is the process of putting the new lenses in a brutal one? And so now, I'm looking for new frames and new lenses. It's going to be a long process as I'm a creature of habit and I'm looking and hoping for one eggsactly the same as what I currently wear.

My "No Boundaries" ones lasted 18 months.. *sigh*. And the lens were transition some more! So I went back to the same vision center and we found some plastic frames that fit the lens, so i didn't have to get new lenses :)
